For Customers (Loyalty Subscribers)

Do I need an account to join a loyalty club?

No, you don’t need an account. Simply download the app and subscribe by scanning the club’s barcode or entering the reward club code manually.

How can I subscribe to a loyalty club?

It’s easy! Download the app, tap “Add Rewards”, and either scan the barcode or manually enter the reward club code to join.

Do I need an account to join a loyalty club?

No, you don’t need an account. Simply download the app and subscribe by scanning the club’s barcode or entering the reward club code manually.

How do I update my profile?

To update your profile:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Tap the Profile icon.
  3. Select Account Details.
  4. Tap the Edit button.
  5. Update your name and save the changes.

Note: Only your name can be updated.

Where can I find the latest offers and promotions from my favorite loyalty club?

You can check the latest offers in two ways:

Option 1:

  1. Go to the Home page.
  2. Tap on your favorite Loyalty Club.
  3. Explore all available offers and discounts.

Option 2:

  1. Tap on Notifications in the main menu.
  2. Browse all the latest discounts and promotions.
  3. Tap on a notification to view details and navigate to the loyalty club offering the discount.
How can I find details about my favorite loyalty club?
  1. Go to the Home page.
  2. Tap on the Loyalty Club you want to learn more about.
  3. At the top, you’ll find important details, including:
    • Phone number
    • Website link
    • Directions to the store
    • Terms and conditions
How can I share a loyalty club with my friends and family?
  1. Go to the Home page.
  2. Tap on the Loyalty Club you want to share.
  3. Tap the Share button.
  4. Choose to share either the link or the 6-digit code with your friends and family.

For Shop Owners (Loyalty Managers)

How do I set up my business on the app?
  1. Download the app and create an account.
  2. Register your business by completing your profile with details like name, logo, and location.
  3. Start creating loyalty offers to attract and retain customers.
How can I create a new loyalty offer?
  1. Open the app and switch to your Business Profile.
  2. Go to your Business Dashboard and tap on the Promotions button.
  3. Tap Add Offer and enter the details:
    • Offer Title
    • Start Date & End Date
    • Target Audience
  4. Choose Activate Offer to publish it immediately or Save as Draft to activate later.
How do customers subscribe to my loyalty club?
  1. After registering your business, go to Profile.
  2. Tap on Your Club QR Code.
  3. Your barcode and 6-digit club code will appear.
  4. Print and display the barcode at your shop front or share it digitally with customers.
  5. Customers can scan the barcode or enter the code to join your loyalty club.
How can I track redeemed offers?
  1. Open the app and go to Offer Detail by clicking on the offer you want to track the redemption rate.
  2. When a customer visits your store, scan their offer barcode.
  3. The system will mark the offer as redeemed and update your analytics.
Can I edit or delete an existing offer?

  1. Yes! To edit or deactivate an offer:

    1. Go to the offer which you want to either edit or deactivate
    2. Tap on the offer.
    3. Select Edit or Deactivate the offer.
How do I redeem an offer?
  1. Open the app and go to the Redeem section.
  2. Tap Scan Barcode and scan the customer’s offer barcode.
  3. The offer will be redeemed and automatically removed from the customer’s app.
How do I update my company profile?
  1. Open the app and tap on the Profile button.
  2. Select Company Details.
  3. Tap Edit at the bottom of the page.
  4. Update the required details and save your changes.

The Boomerang app is designed to connect local businesses with loyal customers through loyalty programs, offers, and rewards. Customers can subscribe to businesses, receive promotions, and redeem offers, while business owners (loyalty managers) can create, manage, and track offers to engage and retain customers.

For Subscribers

Subscribing to a Loyalty Club

  • Download the app and create an account.
  • Search or scan the barcode or enter the 6-digit code of your favorite business to join its loyalty club.

Redeeming Offers

  • Go to the Redeem section.
  • Scan the barcode of the offer.
  • The offer will be redeemed and removed from your app.

Viewing Offers

  • Visit the Home page, tap on your favorite business to see available offers.
  • Check the Notifications tab for new deals.

For Loyalty Managers

Setting Up Your Business Profile:

  • Download the app, sign up as a business, and complete your Business Profile (name, logo, location, etc.).

Creating a Loyalty Offer

  • Go to Business Dashboard, tap Promotions, and Add Offer.
  • Enter details (Title, Dates, Audience), then Activate Offer or Save Draft.

Sharing Your Loyalty Club

  • Tap Your Club QR Code to get your barcode and 6-digit code.
  • Print or share it with your customers.

Redeeming Offers:

  • In Redeem section, tap Scan Barcode to redeem offers for customers.

Tracking Offers:

  • Track offer performance under Manage Offers to see redemptions and customer engagement.

Club Members
